We’re your friendly neighbourhood grocery store, and our bakery is the heart (and best-smelling part!) of the building. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Baker who loves early mornings, hands-on craft, and the magic that happens when flour, water, and skill come together.

If you take pride in beautiful bread, care about consistency, and enjoy being part of a team that truly values quality — we’d love to meet you.

A bit about the job:

• Craft consistent, high-quality breads and pastries our customers rave about
• Own the daily production process — mixing, scaling, shaping, baking
• Keep production on track and the ovens humming on schedule
• Maintain top-notch quality standards and troubleshoot like a pro
  
• Help manage ingredient ordering and inventory
• Keep the bakery clean, safe, and beautifully organized
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Get creative — help develop and test new products
• Lift up to 60 lbs. and stay energized on your feet throughout your shift
• Work full-time hours, Tuesday through Saturday

What we’re looking for:

• Red Seal Baker certification or 3 years’ equivalent experience
• Strong production baking skills and serious attention to detail
• A dependable, positive team player who shows up ready to roll
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs. and working on your feet
• Eligible to work in Canada
